Shipping and Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 business days in the order of which they were received.
- Shipping chosen does not effect processing time. If you choose "priority" at checkout, that only effects the time in which the shipping carrier delivers your package, it does not speed us the processing time.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekend or holidays.
- If we experience high volume, processing may be delayed and additioanal business day.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges are based on your location and chosen shipping service.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $129.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
- Standard- 3-7 business days
- Ground- 1-4 business days
- Priority- 1-3 business days
Shipping Confirmation
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We do not ship internationally.
Damages and Lost Packages
- If you received a damage product, please contact us within three day of delivery at info@lancocandle.com
- If your package is lost or does not arrive within an acceptable time frame, please notify us immediately.
