Shop Information

Hours and Location?

Lanco Cande Supply currently operates online only with hopes to open a storefront in the future. We fulfill orders and respond to emails/ social media M-F 9-5pm. Excludes holidays.

Can I sample products?

Short answer, no. Since we do not have a physical show room we do not offer local pickup or samples. We encourage you to purchase 2oz fragrance oils to test prior to buying larger quantities.

Who owns Lanco Candle Supply?

Lanco Candle Supply is a small family operated business created by the owners of Turtle Hill Candle Company. If you choose payments, such as PayPal, those payments go straight to our parent company, Turtle Hill Candle Company. But have no fear, both are sister companies!

What is your return policy?

Fragrance oils and bases are NOT refundable. We encourage you to purchase 2oz bottles to test prior to purchasing larger bottles. If product is damaged in shipping we ask you reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your products for us to make it right.

What are your fragrance oils made of?

We carry a variety of natural and synthetic fragrance oils, uncut, with no additional carrier oils added. Strong smelling fragrance straight out of the bottle!

What is your order processing time?

Lanco Candle Supply typically operates at a 1-2 business day order processing time. Order shipment time depends on the shipping service you choose at checkout.
